3.1 Personal Identifiers: Name, date of birth, marital status, contact details (phone, email), passport number, resident ID.

3.2 Professional Data: Work experience, salary history, qualifications.

3.3 Platform Activity: Course progress, quiz results, interview recordings, ratings.

Verification & Placement: performance of contract.

Platform Improvement & Analytics: legitimate interests.

Legal Compliance: compliance with laws.

Employers & Agencies: only with Candidate’s explicit consent.

Service Providers: hosting, analytics under confidentiality agreements.

Authorities: when required by law.

Retained until account termination plus any additional period required by law.

Candidates may request deletion of their data at any time by emailing info@vrittigroup.com; we will comply within 30 days, subject to legal obligations.

Industry-standard safeguards: TLS encryption, access controls, regular audits.

Breach notification within 72 hours to affected individuals and regulators.

Access: request copy of personal data.

Correction: update inaccurate data.

Deletion: request erasure of data.
