1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern your access to and use of the Vritti mobile applications (iOS & Android) and web portal (collectively, the "Platform").

1.2 By registering, logging in, or otherwise using the Platform, you (“Candidate”) agree to be bound by these T&C.

Candidate: Any individual registering on the Platform for training, certification, and placement services.

Services: All functionalities and support provided through the Platform.

3.1 Candidates must be at least 18 years old and either recent graduates or professionals in the Oil & Gas sector.

3.2 Provision of false or misleading information constitutes grounds for account suspension or termination.

4.1 Candidates must provide accurate personal data, including name, date of birth, marital status, contact information, passport, resident ID, work history, salary details, and other documents as requested.

4.2 Vritti reserves the right to verify, suspend, or terminate accounts if information is incomplete, false, or fraudulent.

5.1 Complete all assigned training modules, quizzes, and interviews.

5.2 Maintain confidentiality of Platform credentials.

5.3 Promptly update any changes to your personal information.

6.1 All training materials, course content, and Platform software are the exclusive property of Vritti Groups.

6.2 Candidates shall not copy, reproduce, record, distribute, or create derivative works of any training content.

6.3 Confidential information—technical, commercial, or otherwise—must not be disclosed or used for any purpose outside the Platform.

7.1 Personal data is collected and processed according to the separate Candidate Privacy Policy.

7.2 Candidates may request deletion of their data by submitting a written request to info@vrittigroup.com.

8.1 Candidates may terminate their account at any time by written notice to info@vrittigroup.com.

8.2 Vritti may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these T&C, with or without notice.

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, or natural disasters.

10.1 These T&C are governed by the laws of India.

10.2 Any dispute shall first be referred to mediation in Mangaluru. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be finally settled by arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in Mangaluru, Karnataka.

Vritti’s aggregate liability arising from or in connection with these T&C shall not exceed any fees paid by the Candidate in the 12 months preceding the claim.
